What if I want to return my item?
Our priority is customer satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with the purchase you have made, we offer quick and easy return or exchange of all Adelly Hair purchases, within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the match or quality of the Hair Extension is not what was expected, you may return or exchange your order. We are happy to accommodate unopened, unworn returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. 30 days after your purchase we will not accept any returns or exchanges. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Adelly Hair.
We only accept returns on extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.
Adelly Hair Extensions are specially sealed with a security seal to identify if the extensions have been taken out of the packaging. The security seals must be intact; extensions must be in its original packaging. If the main package has been opened, the return and refund will not be accepted, for sanitary purposes.
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. As such, we do not accept opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.
My item is damaged/defective what should i do?
If the product is defective, please send a picture along with a detailed email description to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly help resolve the issue.

Is International Shipping Available?
Currently Adelly hair is only available for shipping in Australia.
How much is Shipping?
We supply Free Shipping for orders over $50. Shipping for orders below $50 on averge are $11.95, mainly depending on weight/size of products bought.
